It was great the first couple months we moved in here. But soon there was neighbor noise, dog noise, parties, smoking...all of which we reported multiple times (at management's urging, to "build a case against them"). Over a year later into our lease, we've seen nothing actionable done to stop the issues. Thank goodness one neighbor was amenable to our ask, but the ones that have no respect for other people? Management won't even come up with a way to curb the behavior (like fining, which is very simple). There's absolutely no point in reporting things anymore because it's going nowhere. The team isn't even the same anymore, including Megan and Shannon, which were some of our favorites. As a result, and due to the noise from the street and clubs is so bad on our side of the building, we've decided to leave partway through our lease. We just can't keep living here. Very disappointing and unfortunate because we had such high hopes from the good response when we first moved in.

Love living here! The people at the front desk are great. I feel safe in the building, the package system is great, and the unit appliances are good.

Cristina and Shannon were sooo helpful and hands on throughout my entire experience! Very responsive and kind. Thanks to my new Ashton Fam! I felt heard and seen, very informed of all the steps to take. I also got assistance with all of the apps and platforms I needed to get integrated. It seemed overwhelming at first but they helped every step of the way!

Big thanks to the team specially Cesar, the new maintenance supervisor. Yall really know how to take care of us, the AC repair was fast and in this heat it is greatly appreciated! Also, the paint and mingle event was so much fun! Can’t wait for the next event! Love living at the Ashton my neighbors and other residents are so nice and fun. Thanks Ashton Team!

Overall a good experience. Great neighborhood with lots to do nearby, nice pool and gym available, quiet place to live. Can just be difficult hearing back from management in a timely fashion.

I we just moved in and absolutely love it here and the staff! We could not have asked for a better place to move into. Everything is close by. Our dog is also incredibly loved here.

My experience here has been positive from the beginning. Every interaction - with staff and residents - has been wonderful and made it clear that the people here care about the experience of the residents. We love living in a place that not only does what it can for its residents but also holds everyone accountable for upholding the same standards. Freddy and Betty with maintenance have been great as well!

Just moved in, loving the neighborhood being able to step out for a run at lady bird lake and walk to mostly everywhere downtown is amazing! The building is super safe and the staff as been amazing! The sunsets from my apt are to die for. It’s been an amazing experience!

I just moved in on Monday and haven’t met the full staff yet. So far, Finn has been very helpful, but the management overall seems so-so. Looking forward to getting to know more about the community as I settle in.

I’ve mentioned this before but I LOVE my apartment! It is beautiful, spacious, the flooring, large windows, layout, and storage space is amazing! That said, the noise it the one thing that would make me not renew. On the city side, the noise from the Coconut Club blasting Wed-Mon until 2 am and then the garbage trucks banging on beginning at 6 am. Sadly, I haven’t received many solutions (or even much care) since Ash left 😢

Ashton Austin staff is incredible and truly make this new city feel like home day one. Pet friendly is an understatement and for all dog lovers, Ashton is heaven (especially for my bulldog- Biff loving life)

A few hiccups with the unit being move-in ready, but we’re working through them. The view is unbeatable and makes it worth it. Fingers crossed for an updated 5-star review as soon as all move-in items addressed.

Overall Ashton is a good community. There are only 2 points I will make about the improvements needed. 1. There are too many Reserved spots that no one parks in. It makes it hard to find parking spots. 2. The conciernce people are not polite sometimes

Moved back to Austin after 10 years, and am very happy to have moved here. The staff are awesome and make living here very easy. Love the gym, the pool, and the views.

The leasing agents were very helpful throughout the process. The concierge staff is excellent, friendly and service-oriented. Most residents are welcoming and approachable. The pool is amazing.

It’s not the most exciting building but the people who work here are incredible, the location and price per square footage can’t be beat, the pool is gorgeous, and the people who live here are warm and welcoming. Love it here

The application process at Austin Austin has been seamless and I can't wait to move in! The Ashton Austin has everything that I am looking for! I am originally from Austin and moving from a Luxury NYC Waterfront Apartment and Ashton Austin feels like coming home in all respects!

I was looking for a hi-rise home on the lake for a few years and chose the Ashton over several other nearby properties... so glad I did! The Ashton feels like home and the staff feel like family (and the amenities are top of the line... I use them all)!

I really enjoy my view and the apartment. One negative is some of the touches could have been a little more fixed up (i.e faucet doesn’t work great, eye hole on door is loose) overall way more positive than negative

I have called the Ashton home for 3 years almost. I have lived in both north facing and south facing homes. My personal favorite is the south facing side! You can see a gorgeous sunset over the Lady Bird Lake. There are great amenities (gym and pool) and an amazing location.

4 stars just bc elevator troubles otherwise we love the Ashton and the location a lot. The pool deck is great too. However, the weight room could use a new bike since one broke and another treadmill.

We love living at the Ashton. The convenience of the city life, the view outside of our apartment, and the comfort of our apartment, are really enjoyable. We love all of the support staff, including the maintenance workers, the concierge, and the office staff.

So far, so good. We will be very happy when all the elevators are working. Enjoy the Starbucks in the lobby as well as the fresh water, bottled water and granola bars, bel vitas. It’s nice to be able to grab something on the go.

the apartments themselves are nice. however the problem is both the maintenance and the staff. the elevators are a severe problem and same with the consistent construction. there is one male concierge who has been extremely rude to me and my neighbors on many occasions.

Love the Ashton Austin community, staff, amenities, location and the apartment! Concierge staff are courteous, responsive and very helpful. Maintenance requests resolved quickly. Love the phone access app for doors and elevators. Been an easy transition to living in Austin thanks to the Ashton!

So far so good! Love that the building doors are locked (which makes me feel very safe) concierges is very friendly, love the pool and the view looking over Lake Lady Bird. Leasing Manager is very responsive.

Really loving it here so far! The only issue is the elevator repair time, but that really can't be attributed to the community as there's a supply chain shortage on the parts needed to complete the repairs. Otherwise, it has been a great experience so far!
